Castings

Whether you require "rough" castings or "machined complete" castings, all of the castings we manufacture are aluminum sand castings. Just a few of the types of castings we make are:

We do not design our customers' castings but do offer assistance at no charge, which might save you money before finalizing your casting design.

We use primarily two excellent, progressive pattern shops that are located within a 10-minute drive from our plant. We and our customers are able to work closely with them on all jobs that require new patterns, engineering changes, pattern rigging and refurbishing, and design or redesign of castings.

Pekin Patterns, Inc.'s off-line CAD/CAM develops codes to control CNC Mills.	Apex Pattern Works' Milltronix Partner 10 Milling Machine produces CNC precision cut patterns, models, and core boxes up to 60" x 30" x 24" axix.
